why document moved to Import_badImages folder in WFR

Hello Experts,

when we are processing the pdf documents to import via RTS Instance most of the documents are getting failed import and moved to Import_badImages folder, if those same document we process again, some of them document will imported successfully while some of them got fail again.

Please advise what may be the problem and how to fix.
