Cost Detail / Summary Report - Beginning Balance

Hi,

I am trying to identify where I can find a field in the tables equivalent to the Cost Detail Report (or Cost Summary Report) Beginning Balance.

Additionally, I also have a requirement to identify this value for the start of each Financial Year (Jul to Jun), rather than for the previous period to the report parameters.
