VAT Rollout in GCC Countries target implementation date 1st Jan 2018

Hi Oracle Community,

GCC countries in Middle east is planning to roll out VAT from 1st Jan 2018. I would like to know as a preparation to all JDE customer in Middle East what changes Oracle bringing in as a part of Middle East Localization. Is there any document available on how Oracle planning to adopt VAT processing in GCC? IS there any ongoing development happening at Oracle to accommodate GCC VAT requirements?
