AME on Work Confirmation Not Working

AME based on Requested Amount is not Working. I have made following Rules but the Work Confirmation keeps on going to the same Approver.

RULE 1:

TOTAL_REQUESTED_AMOUNT is less than or equal to 50000

Require approval from Work Confirmation Approval 1

Rule 2:

TOTAL_REQUESTED_AMOUNT is greater than 50000

Require approval from WC 2
