Unable to generate the letter template in compensation Manager

Hi All,

In my compensation worksheet all the data is entered and save then i went to communication tab i am trying to ge nerate for one employee. I am unable to generate the template i am getting error message as

" 

Statements cannot be generated for some workers. (CMP-1005137)
The following workers are not in a processed status:

can any one help me in this.
