Problem with database performance

Dear All,

My Productive RAC database is running very slow since a few days ago.

To see OS processes list please find the attached file.

Could you tell me what is wring with this scenario?

dbname=prm8

instance_name=prm8_1; prm8_2

vesrion=11.20.4

OS Platform=HP-UX Itanium.
