Use of zoom grid display returns user to top of audit

In the PeopleSoft Enterprise CS Academic Advisement (9.0/PT8.51/23-Oracle Solaris SPARC 64bit) module, a defect was identified where the user is returned to the top of calling page when modal window from zoom icon is closed. With PUI 04 correcting the scroll ability in the grid display, the issue is now evident in 9.2/PT8.55.13.

The behavior is observed in IE, Mozilla and Chrome. SR numbers and BugIDs can be provided if interested.

Is anyone familiar with a POC that was developed to address the jumping behavior? Any information would be appreciated.  I may open an “IDEA” to be voted, but wanted to check with the community first.
