Will the Spares management Min-Max program creates any part requirement

Can some one please clarify whether  Min-Max planning report  in spares management creates the part requirement along with the Move orders / Internal orders / Internal requisitions or it just creates Move orders / Internal orders / Internal requisitions when it run with restock option as Yes.
