Confirm receipt workflow - Receive in Full

We are planning to use the Confirm Receipt workflow notification and we are not able to "Receive in Full". when clicking to the email notification button, it bring us to the email , then no receipt is created. email is active and valid, inv period is open, PO period is open GL period is open, user email is valid. item is active and valid. Workflow is running.

I suppose, it is using the "express receipt" concept to create the receipt. I cannot find any documentation to tell us what are the steps to configure to make it works.
