Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Min Max Planning report question

If the Min set to 2 and the Max set to 3 and On-hand is 1 shouldn't I expect to see a reorder Qty of 2 when I run the Min Max Planning report
