Benefits Confirmation Statement - 'Currency:Negative Format' set to (XXX). CF_MISC_CURR_FORMAT_MASK

I am running the "Benefits Confirmation Statement" via the "Benefits Reports Wrapper Process" . Getting error

Oracle support said that this is because of profile option  'Currency:Negative Format' set to (XXX).

and the workaround they suggested was to customize  "call srw.set_format_mask(:CF_MISC_CURR_FORMAT_MASK) to format the currency. SRW.set_format_mask built-in will take care of the coma separator of the value and formatting negative value."

After the customization also we are getting the same error.

Does anyone has this issue ? Any resolutions ?
