Work Phone type not created into Who's Who for Employee File - Who's Who Line 1

Hi community,

I entered information with Quick Hire for a new employee, when running the job R060116P to create the EE into the employee file and address book , every thing was OK, except the Work phone type was not created, instead of WEMG, it was a blank. See the print screen for more detail.
