Project (ABC_123) promoted to PD automatically. Need to know why it was happend.

We have a every Friday production promotion and package build deployment & activity.

On Friday 3rd March, we have six project requested for PD project promotion and deployment. We have promoted these six project successfully and build and deployed PD package.

After one month user noticed that his project promoted to status 38 automatically on 3rd March  without requesting.

After checking the OMW log and found this project (ABC_123) promoted to 26-27-28-38 on same time stamp when requested project (ABC_23) promoted to PD on 3rd March

Also found that the same UBE R55NO00006 in the project (ABC_23) which was requested in PD promotion and dpeloyment which also in project (ABC_123) which hasn't requested.
