QoS Contraints

Hello,

Need to setup a Qos Constraint. What's the relation between Rfactor (a number between 0 and 90) and major-rfactor and critical-rfactor parameters within a Qos-constraints config. (a number between 9321) element?

Does anybody have a clue?
