full package build failure

Dep Server Windows Server 2012

Enterprise Server AS400 7.2

Trying to build a full package but failing.  All past builds have been successfull.  We can build update packages no problem.  Have tried client/server and server only builds without success.  I'm a bit new at the package build process so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Here are the things I've tried:

-Tried building on the Deployment Server logged into DEP910

   rebooted the dep server after the first failure

-Tried building on a Dev Client logged into DV910

   rebooted said dev client after first failure
