Siebel Find : IP 16.9 Bad records in search

Hi All,

  We are using Siebel IP 16.9 out of box Siebel Find.

When we enter John in global search the results pane shows a lot of records , and when we click on the name it shows a blank record, our customer is questioning why is find showing these bad records.

Question1: Are these bad records ?

Question2: How can we control these ?
