EXPECTED RECEIPTS REPORT (XML) is failing bug 22889560

Using EBS 12.2.4 and upgraded database to 12.1.0.2 with all the patches applied. However EXPECTED RECEIPTS REPORT (XML) concurrent program in failing with following error messages.

which is described in bug.22889560.

There is no clues given in bug.

Could you provide me the possible workaround or solution to it.
