Is AWE Workflow Supported for traditional requestions (not eProcurment requisitions)?

Hello,

My client is in the process of upgrading from 9.1-->9.2 (PUM 22). They currently use traditional requisitions only with workflow that used old technology (virtual router). They want to start using AWE workflow. When I started researching this issue, I see PeopleSoft supports AWE workflow for requisitions only if eProcurement is enabled. All the setup related to workflow delivered reflects eProcurement pages. My client is not ready to implement eProcurement yet so my question is how to use AWE workflow for traditional requisition functionality? Any help is appreciated.
