Some of the transactions have failed to load in the system

hi ,

Some of the transactions have failed to load into the system and the error message is 'Error in deriving Batch Source details for Operating Unit'..

select NAME, BATCH_SOURCE_ID, ORG_ID

from RA_BATCH_SOURCES_ALL

where NAME like 'xys' ;

i also ran the above script and it did not fetch records so please guide how this can be defined in the system.
