Booked Orders has Booked Flag=N at Order Header
Hello,
We are experiencing a random issue where occasionally an order that has been booked still has the booked flag as "N" at the order header. The order lines have the booked flag set to "Y".
The order header status shows as 'Entered'. This is only happening on return orders. This data corruption prevents the returns on the order from being received.
It has only happened 6 times since November 2016 when we re-implemented eBS at release 12.2.4.
I cannot willingly recreate the issue.
