How to confirm TLS v1.2 capability

We have a punch-out configured (cXML) to a vendor that is tightening their security setups and will no longer be accepting anything but TLS v1.2 connections. They previously accepted TLS v1.0 and v1.1 also but, I don't know whether we were using that level or not. 

How can I confirm whether our setup is currently capable of making TLS v1.2 connections or whether I'll need to apply an update, make a setup change, or etc?  We're currently on PT 8.52.10 and WebLogic 10.3.5.
