AIP transform scripts missing for versions 10,11 and 13

We are currently integrating RMS version 13 to AIP version 16. As I was reading operation guide (aip-160-02-og), it says:

The AIP installation includes a separate set of transformation scripts for interfacing with RMS 10, 11, and 13.0/13.1. These were installed to

$RMS_AIP_TRANSFORM/k_shell_scripts.

However when I checked the said location in AIP patches (ver 16), there are no transform scripts for versions 10, 11 and 13. I looked at the following locations by the way:

AIP patch ver16\CDROM\aip\aip\transformations

AIP patch ver16\CDROM\aip\AIX7.1\rpas\bin

Can you kindly point us to the exact location?
