EBS cloud backup utility (ebsclone.pl) to clone on premise EBS

Customer is trying to take backup using EBS cloud backup utility (ebsclone.pl) to clone on premise EBS environment to Oracle Cloud Isaas using Oracle's Lift & Shift process. ebsclone.pl is taking database backup using "medium" compression, which generates database backup of size 750GB, where as Normal RMAN scripts with "BASIC" compression generates 300GB backup.

750GB backup size is not feasible for transferring to Oracle Cloud server.

Is there any way to  change compression to "High" for ebsclone.pl script?
