Restricting Access for two Siebel Applications in Same Enterprise through AD

We have a requirement wherein we have two Siebel applications within the same enterprise, one is Siebel power communications and other is Siebel Marketing Application and both needs to be authenticated against Active Directory however Users of Siebel Power Communications should not be able to access the Siebel Marketing Application but users of Siebel Marketing can still access Siebel Power Communication Application.

Since these are two different applications we can configure separate named subsytem for each AOM however the issue lies with defining the Base DN.

All the users in AD are defined under OU group as below which we have defined as Base DN in our application for Power Communication Application:
