Siebel 8.1 to IP15 Upgrade Seed data import errors

Hi

After database upgrade from 8.1 to IP15 is done, when analysing the log files, we can see unique constraint errors in seedupg log files.

These errors are mainly related to records with row_id starting with 0V or 0L.

We have seen that the upgrade utility deletes untouched seed data except row_ids starting with 0V or 0L.

Then while importing seed data it gives error for these non deleted records.

Is this expected behaviour, what should we do in this case?
