Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. exec dbms_stats.import_schema_stats takes hours

anyone encountered very slow performance in 12.1.0.2 during import of stats ?

I can see the insert into insert into sys.dbms_stats_id_map_tab is very slow.
