Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Discount modifier based on customer is not getting applied in Service Contracts

Created an automatic discount modifier. (qualifier customer or buying group) I tried both. Not triggering in Service Contracts.

Working fine if I remove customer condition.

Any ideas?
