Automatic Freight Charges applied based on physical attribute, container reference and sales amount

Dear Guru's,

There is some requirement from my Retail client in US. regarding charges for specific of freight term.

Below is example:

Our client selling item A1 to the customer with specific physical attribute (weight, height, dimension etc)

other than that, they need to calculate pallet weight as well which is currently maintained in container load relationship DFF.

The requirement is, if freight term is prepaid, and total sales value let say for example <100.000$ then apply freight charges

based on the formula calculation of dimension of item and container and apply automatic in sales order line.

if freight term others then prepaid, then not required this calculation
