Intercompany flow for services

Similar to Internal Drop Ship intercompany flow

can I have this for Service Charges or Repair Charges

OU1 RMA Org

OU2 Servicing or Repair Org where receiving happens

When we repair, charges or bill only lines will be added to the same order which is created under OU1.

Now, how does OU2 charges OU1 as OU2 has expensed on behalf of OU1. Any standard functionality is available for the bill only lines.
