How to update IB Txn Sub Type

IB Txn Sub type is not honoring the the setup

For a loaner scenario, on return the txn type is set as

Change Owner = No

Change Owner to = Blank

But on receipt, this changes the owner. There seem to be a bug introduced due to regression of some oracle code.

I am just trying to set

Change Owner =  Yes

Change Owner to = Internal

This way I can maintain the ownership with Internal Party. Any scripts or any shortcuts?
