P051131 Time Entry by Employee Master - Lines disappearing or duplicating after save

Hello community!

Has anyone experienced an issue using Time Entry by Employee Master - Time Entry Revisions? One of our users was entering time using this application and it deleted a few lines and duplicated a few lines. See details below. We are using 9.1.

This is what it looked like before she saved:

After she clicked save, it removed two of the work dates and duplicated two others like this:

I wasn't able to duplicate the duplicated days, but I was able to get it to remove a date I had definitely keyed in. However, this doesn't happen a lot, and I was only able to duplicate the error when clicking on the calendar and choosing a date through the calendar. I did not have this issue when I manually typed in the dates.
