Oracle EBS Upgrade R12.1.3 to R12.2.6

Dear Experts,

We are planning to upgrade our system from EBS R12.1.3 to EBS R12.2.6.  Detail information for our environment are below :-

Machine -DB :  T5-2  Sun Sparc 64 bit

Machine -Apps : T4-1 Sun Sparc 64 bit

Database :  11.2.0.4

EBS Application : R12.1.3

O/s : Solaris 10  (5.10)

Need a complete advice/notes for all aspects regarding Hardware/DB/Application , so i have to prepared my self & ready to upgrade.
