How to Take Complete Backup of Deployment Server

Hello,

We want to take complete deployment server backup? There are few queries in my mind.

1) All drive should backup or need to take specific folder backup?

2) If yes what are these folders are (List of folders).

3) How to take database backup that is install during deployment server installation.

4) Please provide sequential steps to perform above mentioned task.
