Is it possible to provision users from OID to EBS based on group membership?

I have users of both EBS and Oracle Retail in the one OID instanc. EBS users will be members of the EBS group and Retail users will be members of the Retail group. I want to only provision users from OID to EBS who are members of the EBS group. This seems like a pretty simple ask but I've not been able to find a simple solution from Oracle Support or from browsing support sites and blogs etc.  I do understand that I could use 2 OID instances but I would prefer to keep this simple and not have to
