How to assign rates to employees if Standard Rates -> Processing Information -> Assign on Enrollment

We are using Standard Benefits.

While defining the Standard Rates, the Assign on Enrollment check box was not checked (Standard Rates -> Processing Information -> Assign on Enrollment).

In such cases, how do we assign the rates to all the employees? Is there a concurrent program which needs to be run ?
