Data lost and corruption on mounted device via FC

Hi,

I'm encounter data lost and corruption mounted devices via FC which happens on device folders only.

from the messages in explorer, I'm also seeing the following messages

ufs: [ID 879645 kern.notice] NOTICE: /ucm_shares: unexpected free inode 300627, run fsck(1M) -o f

ufs: [ID 879645 kern.notice] NOTICE: /ucm_shares: unexpected free inode 300625, run fsck(1M) -o f

ufs: [ID 879645 kern.notice] NOTICE: /ucm_shares: unexpected free inode 320791, run fsck(1M) -o f

ufs: [ID 879645 kern.notice] NOTICE: /ucm_shares: unexpected free inode 320789, run fsck(1M) -o f
