Adjustment entries on Lease Termination in Oracle Property Manager

Hi All

We have leases with Normalized Payment terms. These leases have an early termination requirement. We understand that the system will generate the Adjustment entries to adjust the difference between the Cash (Invoicing) and the Recognized Expense till the termination period. System used to do this in our previous Oracle version ie 11i. However we have noticed that in our existing R12.1.3 the system is somehow not generating this adjustment entry on Lease termination. Not sure if we are missing any program / step to get this effect.
