AR tax rate saved with wrong percentage

Hi all,

We have an issue with one Credit Memo transaction: the user changed the tax rate percentage to 0 (by mistake) and saved the transaction.

Now, the credit memo cannot be completed because we have the error: APP-AR-11526: This tax rate Percentage is invalid.

Also, we cannot change anything in the tax tab, everything is grey.

Is there any chance to change the tax rate to something valid and then to void the transaction ? we do not want the transaction to appear in GL.
