Specific user facing error while opening the FCM application
Hi All,
There are specific user facing issue , after she/he login to FCM application and trying to open reconciliation he is facing below error even after clear all cookies and caches .
Error Message : 'Please make sure that the application you are trying to launch is registered with shared services. shared services must be running for the feature your are trying to access close the current browser window and try logging into work space again after a little while. Contact your administrator for further information '.
where as are other users are able to do their activity in the work space.
