For Personalization to restrict Price list

in Advanced Pricing - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I want to do form personalization for some user so that restricted user can not modify price list. For example I have two user and and two price list like.

User                     Price List

X                             Price 1

Y                             Price 2

Basis of above combination user x is authorised to maintain price1 but he contain rights to view Price 2. Similarly,  Y is authorised to maintain Price 2 but he contain view rights for Price 1.

Please let me know how to achieve the same to use form personalization while licence not available to use advance pricing.

Above is the example and this scenario hold by multiple user according to price list.
