Jdeveloper 12c don't recognize Service Bus Runtime

Upgraded my oracle weblogic server from version 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.2 my jdeveloper application don't bring me the Service Bus Runtime as it usually worked on version 12.1.3.

Before this upgrade (version 12.1.3) i could deploy proxies and composite because jdeveloper showed me this icon:
