How to show Parent(s) on a Report

I am running reports for each Level 0 member in our Entity hierarchy. In a text box in the upper left of the report, I would like to list the entity, it's parent, and it's parent's parent (i.e. Levels 0, 1, 2), either by Name or Alias. We are on Hyperion Financial Reporting, Fusion Edition Version 11.1.2.426. Could someone please point me in the right direction?
