HFM Balances rounding up after migration from 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.4

Hello

A couple of users pointed out that certain account balances were off by a Dollar. Upon investigation I noticed that this was the case when the ROUND function was used in tandem with the HSGET function. In .4 Excel was rounding up whereas in .1 it was rounding down ( upper part of the screenshot ).

Upon further analysis when I extended the decimals upto 9 I noticed that both environments had a slightly different balances causing that behavior from Excel ( lower part of the screenshot)

Now the .4 environment was freshly migrated from .1 and there have been no consolidations or translations or any edits made to the data post migration.
