Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Dear consultants,

I have a requirement to map the addition warranty to customer with 0 Price .

Example :

Customer XXX :

Shipped Product : HP Desk Top

Default Warranty : 1yr

Customer ABC (Priority customer)

Shipped Product : HP Desk Top

Warranty : 2yrs (Default Warranty + another 1yr warranty with "0" Price)

So we need to give the additional 1 yr warranty to Priority Customers on same product .

Please let me know how to configure this in Service Contracts . Please send me inputs to pavan.veer@gmail.com
