Default Setups for Payment Methods

Hi, i am developing a Personal Payment Methods Uploader and I was only given the Employee's Bank Name, Account Number and Account Type.

However, It seems that Priority, Balance Amount, and Percentage (highlighted below) are required from the API (hr_personal_pay_method_api.create_personal_pay_method) and the Front-End Application.

Is there any reference table or reference setup that i can use to populate these fields by default?
