hrglobal.drv fails with "Error calling FNDLOAD function.

Hi

We are applying RUP8 to EBS 12.1.3 on Windows 32 bit and after selecting legislations for install in Datainstall we run Hrglobal.drv.

Out of the 1747 jobs adworker is failing for 735 jobs and for most of the jobs the error message is:

"Error calling FNDLOAD function".

Looking at the logfiles then the error is :

A syntax error occurred at line 1845 in file E:\oracle\VIS\apps\apps_st\appl\pay\12.0.0\patch\115\import\pyseedele.lct

Current system time is Wed Apr 19 16:55:25 2017"

What could the solution be?
