Is there a way to only consider upto 12th period when the 13 th period is also open when doing a Fis

Is there a way to only consider upto 12th period when the 13
th period is also open when doing a Fiscal year closing usion R098201 pgm., so
that the next FY Opening balance has only a roll up of 1 to 12 periods of the
previous year ??
