Stuck Threads Critical Issue

Hello,

In our environment we applied and followed the tips of Oracle guides for stuck threads crashes and hangs. However, stuck threads are happenning very frequently. OBIEE version is 11.1.1.7 with TimesTen database. An example of stack trace is:
