describes how to quickly and efficiently have one Tab Layout for many users. We found that this works if and only if the users have one and only one Responsibility.
The complexity of our Siebel implementation requires that the users have multiple Responsibilities, so we are looking for another way to distribute the Tab Layouts across users.
