OEM (12c or 13c) Compliance Rule Suppression

Is there anyway to track compliance rules suppressed in OEM?   I do not see any canned reports in Information Publisher reports, Nor are there any dashboards that show compliance rule suppressions.   What is needed is in all dashboards that show compliance summaries, that an additional column showing suppressions if any also be in the dashboard.   The suppression still should not count in the overall compliance score.  However, it seems important that the suppression summary information be available.

Also, how about an Information Publisher report that shows compliance rules suppressions by target, rule suppressed, indefinite or target date of expiry, and comment?  Or at minimum, supply a SQL query against the SYSMAN schema that displays the information so we may create our own Information Publisher report?
